Maintenance case has been given judgement but i have satsidied for tat is ,tat with tat judgement i can apply for divorce and it will be useful in my hmop case in native which i had put to live togher

divorce petition is not barred during pendency of maintenance or even if the maintenance case is adjudicated upon.
