maintenance she got claimed that she has got separated and not able to maintain herself, from me and now she has come to join can she reside but yet divorce has not been filed

You should be thankful to God that she has returned. Welcome her home and try to avoid legal recourse. In family matter, an out of court settlement is always better.

you are bound to maintain her when she is staying with you. in case you do not maintain her, she can execute her maintenance order.
