whether husband can claim maintenance u/s 125 cr p c ? is there any provision in this regard ?

No the husband cannot claim maintenance u/s 125. But you can claim it u/s 24 of HM Act

The provisions of section 125 Cr. P. C. are meant for supporting a 'dependent' family member including a spouse. If your wife is an earning member in the family and you are a 'dependent', you may claim maintenance u/s 125 cr. p.c.
