kindly clarify who are entilted for maintenance and who are not? Also the maintenance has to pay how long? Is it till pendency of the divorce? or otherelse? please clear the grounds with case studies

You may study the relevant provisions of HMA, HAMA, DVA and Cr. P. C. for appropriate guidance.
A "divorced wife" may also be entitled to maintenance in a given situation.
The husband may be liable to provide maintenance to his wife as per his standard of living at the time of separation.

Ther are three laws such as HMA, HAMA,125CR.P.C in which the wife can get maintenance. Beside this the mother and father as weii the minor children can get maintenance.
In case of wife the maintenance must be paid til her remarriage, in case of son the maintenance is till he became a minor.
