how the maintenance order get implemented for NRI X husband? what if they do not respond to interim? can you still get spousal maintenance if you are Indian citizen, married under hindu act but have to temporarily reside in foreign country to finish studies or for childrens?

Yes you can get maintenance, but if you r remarry then you r not entitle.
