how the maintenance order get implemented for NRI X husband? what if they do not respond to interim? can you still get spousal maintenance if you are Indian citizen, married under hindu act but have to temporarily reside in foreign country to finish studies or for childrens?Please provide me any similar cases references/ judgements link? its very hard to get information from Australia. I have cases running in India but my x husband is not giving 15 months baby permission to travel to India bcoz of Hague laws? provide me some material please
