Re: Maintenance?
In my previous ques about maintenance. i had mentioned:
1. husband earns 3-4 lakhs per MONTH.
2. we have a daughter who has heart problem by birth and undergoing treatment.
3. 3-4 people are dependant on husband including 3 nephews.
Is it like i can get 10,000 per month only when he earns a big amount per month? even when my daughter has heart problem? please clarify

The daughter is with you or him is not clear.If she is with you he will be responsible for her maintenance including medical treatment.

With an alleged income of approximately 25 - 32 thousands a month, he needs to support himself, wife, child, and 3 - 4 more dependents - thus he needs to support about 5 - 6 persons besides himself.
In my opinion ten thousand for wife and child could possibly be the maximum amount the court may consider awarding. it could be even less. However, it is just an opinion; actual amount will depend upon court order.
