Hi, please read the ques carefuly. Salary per month of the husband is 3-4 lakhs not per year. He earns very well. I want to know what will be your opinion now on maintenance for daughter and wife.

husband earns 4 lakhs PER MONTH not per year.

Depending upon his "standard of living" at the time of your separation, the financial 'status' of both the families, the place of living and other attendant circumstances, you may be awarded approximately forty thousand per month.
