Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am getting maintenance of rs. 2000 since year 2009 in divorce case filed by my husband. I was unemployed that time & now am working with salary of 17000 per month. My husband's current salary is around 85000 per month. is there any by which provision i can pray for enhancement in maintenance.

You can move an application by giving new facts to the court for enhancement of interim maintenance and i am sure the court would do justice to you.

a lawyer has to go through your maintenance order and the petition of divorce and the judgment therein, and only after that you would be advised the procedure to get enhanced maintenance.
