does it makes any difference?

hey,

i have immgration file for usa. my parents are greencard holder of usa. and they put file for me. my current age is 22years. because of ageout problem i could not get the visa under F4 category but now they are in usa and they put file for unmarried son thats me. i am indian citizen and now i am studying in australia. so my question is that does it makes any difference if i am a paremenant resident of australia.. and can i hope for early of procedure?

Ask your parents to confirm from their immigration attorney in US.

There is some visa for permanent Australian resident for US.

No, it will not make any difference since you continue to be a an Indian citizen.
