Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have given my male child for adoption to my brother-in-law (illegally, they changed the name of the mother directly at the time of birth in the birth certificate. I, the biological mother have not signed any legal papers for adoption.) And recently a few months back brother-in-law met with an accident is no more alive. The adopted parents were not having a good healthy relationship. It was my brother-in-law only who use to take care of the child ( who is now 8 years old). His wife has no love towards the child and now all she wants is property of my brother in law which we are ready to give to her. But how do we get our child's custody back.

If she agrees suitable Deed can to drawn up to that effect or else You need to approach the court for an order declaring the child as your son.

Prepare a document and handover the property and for the sake of safety also simultaneously prepare an adoption deed in your favor.
