Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am male 25 married.after 5 months of marriage my wife nd her parents said us to live in a rent house(wife k kalesh ki wajah se).now i am living on a rent house wid wife.my wife parents threatening me.ex- wo mujhe dhamkate hai ki ghar jaldi aya kar parents se mat mila kar aur yaha tak kaha ki unhone mere piche aadmi lagaye hue hai.my sasur said me yesterday ki line par aa ja warna mujhe koi marega to uski jimmedari nai hogi.wo mujhe marne ki dhamki de raha hai(sasur).mai kya karu 5 mnth hue hai shadi ko.it was arrange.i dnt want to live wid her(wife).wo mujhe jabardasti rent par rahlwana chahte hai warna wo mere ghar walo par case kar dengay.my father is a govt emloyee.ab mai alag rah raha hu to kya unpar koi case to nai kar sakta(wife k ghar wale)wat should i do now.
Pls help me.mujhe itna torture kiya ja raha hai ki mai suicide karne tak ka sochne lagta hu.
