can a male obtained nullity of marraige as per indian law on ground of forced marraige by his own parents what measures should be taken or things that should be kept in mind before presenting the petition? the marraige is just one month old.

No you cant approach the court for nulity of marriage mere on the ground that your parrents forced you to marry a particular girl.
