Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am male , my wife and their family are interested in my money only , so they put false domestic violence case against me and my family.

In case they mentioned that myself and my father-mother slap her and ask for money and since i m out of india they just said that my parents throw her out of my home

that is all there is nothing more in this case and sice this is false they don't have any evidence for this.

Now they asking for 1/3 by producing my bank account which is false with fake bank stamp and signature.

I complaint against this and bank send me in written that this statement and stamp is fake and produce against court with bad intention.

Can this give advantage me , what if my wife put false case and if this prove that my bank statement is false which is being produced by my wife against court.

Then court dismiss case and can i get divorce for this ,

even after i proved that my wife is interested in my money and put false case against me, still i have to pay her 1/3 amount for divorce ?

i have no property in my name no child , just married before 1 years and was staying on rent house.

Please advice me , they are trying to miss-use the law which is favouring female.

No she cannot claim 1/3rd. there is no such basis. under Domestic Violence she has a right of residence in the property in your name and not in parents name. you may file the copy of bank account and certificate that it is false and forged. If they have filed the forged copy in the court, then, you may counter the same by filing an application under 340Cr PC for false evidence
