if a man in judicial custody for last one year can he come to court for divorce and on which ground, moreover he was already married before his second marriage and he did not take divorce from his first wife nand soleminized second marriage

yes, the man can appear before the court for divorce even though he is in judicial custody. he may move an appropriate application through his lawyer for permission.

The second marriage is not valid in law. You may file complaint of bigamy. If you are in second marriage, no divorce is required because the marriage is null and void.
