A man is married anD AFTER MARRIAGE HE HAS CHANGED HIS RELIGION HINDU TO MUSLIM AND HAS GOT MARRIED AGAIN. BUT HIS 1ST WIFE IS HINDU. NOW MY QUESTION IS THAT CAN HIS 1ST WIFE SUI HIM? IF YES THEN ON WHAT BASES ? PLEASE REPLY

Yes, his first wife is entitled to sue him for several causes; the second marriage is not valid. The Supreme Court of India has declared such "conversion" as invalid as also the second marriage after becoming a Muslim.

Your first hindu wife has no legal right to take action against you after becoming muslim. She may file only divorce case against you
