can a man remarry according to Hindu marriage with concern t of his first wife.by giving the first wife maintainace or permanent settlement.in future the second wife will be the legal and hold all the rights as his official and legal wife.without taking divorce from the first wife.but with the consent of the first wife

without taking divorce from the first wife, the second marriage cannot be legalized. even if the wife consents to the second marriage, still the second marriage would be void ab initio.

if you are willing to give maintainace or/and permanent settlement 2 first wife then why not give her divorce on the same . then you may do as u want
