mariage and divorce
If me and my husband takes divorce to whom child belongs to(she is one year).Because by husband don't want to leave her daughter,as well as me.He wants her daughter but he doesn't wants her wife.

in normal circustances the wife will have the custody till five year age of female child.
the benefit of child is the prime concern of the court.
