i got mariied 1 yr ago. after 1 year i come to know that she said lia to me, she was already married to a person before she marry me & without taking devorce from him she married me saying lia that i will be her ffirst husband.

Now can i put fraud case on her and her family.

what can i do to punish her.

First of all you can nullyfy your marriage through court.

Then took any other step.

Yes, you may initiate appropriate proceedings against them. However, you may need to seek a declaration from the Family Court that this marriage is void on the basis of her first marriage surviving on the date of marriage with you.
