Legal Question in Family Law in India

Marraige was registered in Tamil Nadu. At present we are in home town in tamilnadu. She is with her mother with baby. I am with my parents in my home. We came to India in 2008 to settle in India. Now she wants to go back to USA to settle with his brother and parents. I don't have the FIR copy. But I have the complaint copy in TAMIL. WE all OCI holders. Complaint prepared in Tamil. MY wife sign in the complaint. But she cannot read and write in Tamil. Her mother innfluenced in the complaint.
