Second marriage and adoption
Sir,
I am a widower(Hindu) having two children.I have decided to marry a divorcee having one daughter.
My doubt is, Is our marriage ( either registered or tradional) is sufficent to make me as a legal father of my wife's daughter and my wife as a legal mother of my children? or a seperate adoption is required?
If a seperate adoption process is required then please tell me the process.

she becomes mother of your children by the virtue of your marriage with her but you do not become a father in case her father is alive. her father would always remain the natural guardian unless he relinquished his rights over her.
