marriage advice

I am married, but my problem is that...I have done marriage without approval of her parents...but after somedays...her parents came @ my place and took her saying that...once her elder sister gets married..they will re-arrange our marriage...and now they have taken her to the native place...and are not allowing her to call me or pick my phone...also, they have stopped her from going outside...They are planning to get her signature on blank paper...and are putting pressure of getting married with another person...last thing they have also...threatened her that...they will kill me...if I dare to visit her native place.....Any help will be appreciated.....

If the girl is adult and you have proof of marriage, file a complaint with the local police station for abduction.

If that doesnt help, file a Habeas Corpus writ with Delhi High Court.

if the girl is adult, you should immediately approach the High Court of your area for a writ of Habeas Corpus. The High Court may direct her production in court; and record her statement; if she admits the marriage and expresses her desire to bewith you, the court may order accordingly releasing her from custody of her parents.
