my marriage is arranged in 2009, in 2010 i know that my wife is mentally disturbed since 2007 according to her father. she treated by neuro psychatrist in Ranchi(Jharkhand). When i ask to doctor that which mental deases she is suffering they told me Psychotic Disorder, from medicene composition i search on net i found that the medicene used to treat her is for Schizofrenia the medicine is OLANZAPINE. i have 6 month older daughter. On this ground can i take divorce from her.

Please help me, for this i am very thankful to you.

May I know that whether the the mental disorder is incurable or not??

Mental Disorder � Mental disorder can become a ground for filing a divorce if your wife suffers from incurable mental disorder and insanity and therefore it cannot be expected from the couple to stay together. So you can file a diorce case in the ground of it.
