Marriage in US

Is it possible to conduct a marriage in US between a greencard holder from India and a person from India who overstays his visa in US for about 2 years ? Or is there any legal problem ? If marriage is possible, what is the procedure ? Is such a marriage valid in US and India legally ?

There is no legal bar for such a marriage. The parties may decide about the procedure - ceremonies etc. The validity of the marriage may be questioned at a later stage only if any legal ground is available to any of the parties.
