Marriage Divorce cases

after marriage with in 2 months wife field case ''marriage was not consumed becasue husbad not good in physically''(husband know marriage was consumed)

so in that case husband get divorce?

if the judgment time wife she didn't agree giving divorice to husband, but she accept marriage was not consumed due physhically things..

for this situation what type of jugement husband can expect?

The court may grant divorce if the husband does not contest allegations of the wife. If a conciliation is not possible and the husband proves that the ground taken by wife is false, the divorce petition may be dismissed and the parties may continue living separate without divorce.

It is not possible to predict a judgement. from your case it can only be said that wife cannot file a case of divorce before one year. Proving of importancy is tough in todays scenerio.

depends on evidence and court's view but in my opinion divorce can be granted.
