Legal Question in Family Law in India

. Before marriage i found my would be had sex chats in her mail history with so many boys and asked her explanation. I was given explanation that it was done by her friend who was sharing.her mail.The same statement assured by her mother and told her daughter is very clean.

Accordingly on taking assurance from their parents and would be wife that all social networking and email will be discontinued and shall not have the contact with the person who has carried out the chats ,we have entered for marriage.

But on reception I found the girl who had done the damages over our relation has been invited by her mother which I objected and started doubt that i was cheated.

secondly inspite of the assurance given for deleting the social net work the same has not been deleted after 2months of marriage. The same was p[ointed out by me for which both mother and wife started abusing me and giving mental torture.

My wife arrived at my place (Australia) and was with me for 22days and departed me with all her blongings and throwing out the jewels which my family gifted for marriage on her own to her mother's house at india since i was not giving visa permission to her mother and

Marriage was registered under Hindu Marriage act during Jan 2010 and left me during May 2ndweek .

I am not interested to continue the relationship considering her past and present behaviour.

as your marriage was registered under hindu marriage act, you need to file a divorce petition under the same act on the grounds available to you. you may send a duly notarized power of attorney to your lawyer to proceed with the petition.
