Re marriage

After a full trial for four years i was granted divorce by Dt family court. What is the time limit for the other party to appeal in High court. How soon can I remarry? The order was dated August 2nd and the girls party took the order on August 20th.

Usually 90 days otherwise time metioned in the statue/act
