Sudershan Goe: Anserwer
You should not sign any statement which may run contrary to your previous statement / pleading in any proceedings.
Ok but how we need to reslove this condition:
Husband thoughut can i put this condition without any effect for future purpose both sides and reslove the issue
Pont:
Whereas the both wife and husband and their marriage was solemnize on xxxx at xxxxx hall as per hindu rites and customs, after the marriage they lived happily for few days as such the marriage was not consummated and soon after the marriage in the month of xxx the husband met with an accident and received multiple injuries and the wife left the company on xxxxxx as some differences are arose between the husband and wife and took initiate in to the matter and put a mediation before the both side elders.
on ther intervention of the elders of the both sides have tried to recncile the matter between the both parties due to strained relations between the both parties they could not accept for reconciliation proposals after so many sittings and finally in the presence of the both sides elders, the both parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage.
Please suggest above point is it correct or not without effecting future purpose

Both the parties may file a mutual consent divorce petition in the concerned District court. If financial matters are settled out of court, no compromise is required to be filed in the court except that the parties may make statement about settlement of permanent alimony etc.
