marriage

I am Hindu boy and wants to marry a Muslim Girl. we both belongs to different states and also works in different states (other than domicile states), the cities of our Govt postings. Please suggest.

You may consider 'civil/court marriage' under Special Marriage Act.

Where either of the husband or wife or both are not Hindus, the marriage is registered under provisions of the Special Marriage Act, 1954. You can contact to your Local Marriage Officers where either party is residing for not less than 30 days.

you can marry and register under special marriage act. your age must be 21 and above and girls 18 and above.
