Legal Question in Family Law in India

second Marriage

I got a hindu divorced woman remarried to a man whose first wife has not divorced him but accepted me as his wife in front of all verbally. Is there any way of getting a legal status without him getting a divorce from his first wife. She is ready to write on a plain paper but not on stamp paper or in court due to fear of loosing her status of a wife. Please suggest.
