second marriage

i am hindu. married my own sister daughter. its been 6 years. because of some internal disputes between us we got separated. we had married life for only 6 months. we cant take divorce, since we are from same family, ...inbetween i have loved another women, now i want to marry her. i already spoked this to my first wife, she said ok. ------now problem is can i legally marry her as since she doesnt have any objection. ? does hindu law agrees for our marriage.

i am hindu. my cast is Naidu, i am from andhra pradesh.

Your first marriage with your sister's daughter was invalid; however, you may consider seeking divorce before remarrying.

your first marriage being void in the eyes of law the second marriage can be legal.

Surprised, then itself you are a muslim and not a Hindu. Anyhow, convert your religion and then got married.

Your first marriage is void due to spinda relationship.
