Re: second marriage
Your first marriage with your sister's daughter was invalid; however, you may consider seeking divorce before remarrying.
Re: second marriage
your first marriage being void in the eyes of law the second marriage can be legal.
Re: second marriage
First of all you married your own sisters daughter???
Surprised, then itself you are a muslim and not a Hindu. Anyhow, convert your religion and then got married.
Your first marriage is void due to spinda relationship.
