Legal Question in Family Law in India

Marriage was done according to Hindu religion but marriage is not registered yet. Now if the couple wants divorce do they need to apply in court?

dear client u can ask divorce from the court. for asking divorce marriage registration is not compulsory. yr marriage photos establish marriage in the court. for any legal help call me om 9422611385

Yes. Only Court can give divorce.
