Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is my marriage legal?

Hi Sir,

I am in love with a girl who is studying 3rd Year Engineering. I am working with Wipro,Bangalore as a Software Engineer. With the problems in our families we understand that we never get married. So on 6th ,Sep ,2007 we both went to a temple and got married. There were no frnds,no family members attended. Even they don't know about our marriage. 2 days back I went to her home and told her father that we are in deep love and wanted to marry. But her father is not accepting our love and they pretended her that if you marry this person all our family members will die. So she said I'll stay with her parents. We haven't relvealed about our marriage. I have 2 pics of our marriage. Will they help if I go to a court? Please help me in this regard.

Thanks&Regards,

Chenna

The only thing that can help you in court would be HER STATEMENT. The court may question her about fact of marriage; and if she agrees, the court may allow her to accompany you as your wife;
