my marriage life is spolied my husband and my parents i need compensation from my husband and i need divorce aslo but my husband is not working and he does not have any property in his name and all properties in his father...could u guide me to get my compensation from him.

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act for compensation and maintenance and file a petition for divorce on the grounds of cruelty.

First of all it should be clear in your mind that in order to have divorce you have to have some ground. Secondly regarding the maintanance you can go for 125 Cr. P.C.
