my marriage is love and court marriage.my husband said i make relation with another boy i said to him no proof he has.his parents said he is out of property infront of village panchayat in back date before the marriage date.not i news paper.i lodge a complain in women cell chandigarh.and he said if his parents arrest my parents also wiil be arrested.my parents not involve in my case.all land is on the name of my husband but in rashan card my husband shows he is son of his grandmother she is not alive can i demmand for money or land from them or not or for mailtainance mrg held in 10.7.2004.can he take divorce without my wish.if no justice will be get in women cell where i can complain of his and his parents.boy living is in his parents house.can he live there if he is out of property.wt is my rights which i can get from him.i loge complain ogf harrasment bcs due to mental stress my 3miscarriage will be done.i can understand which i do. kinly suggest me.

1. You can lodge a complaint against him for mental harrassment / cruelty.
2. You may be entitled to claim maintenance.
