my marriage is love marriage now my wife file 498a on me. if my applied for divorce. i have to give any money to her. i dont want divorce .with out my acceptance divorce is given by court

1. Divorce can be granted by the court on your wife's petition.

2. You may be liable to pay maintenance even after divorce, if she does not have sufficient income to support herself.
