Second Marriage

married my cousin sister on20.10.2007,only few month happy in my life.coz very often My Wife Parents retains her in their home,without any query with her blame on me and my family.My mother interested to marry her,but my wife blames my mother and very often my Mother-in-law says that she is beauty enough to get new life.I--name removed--shame to hear the word before me when I--name removed--alive.3 times they retained saying they wont send to my home and I had tough time to gather family elders to speak and to bring her back home and my Parents accepted her.Once her father without any intimation came and she went with her father withut my permission.

Now since july 6,08 she left to her home and again started the same problem, finally I approached shariat court and they too adviced them to sent her back to my home,when they refused they worned them. Now I don't want to give her Khula nor talak and when I approached shariat court in my native they say you can't marry here in Ambur town, you can do at Chennai where you reside.

I wnat to know, legally will there be any problem will they create on my second marriage ? Please advice my Mother health is getting worse on my issue.Coz she arranged this
