Marriage after 2 or 3 months can it be dissolved by divorce?

A marriage cannot be dissolved before expiry of one year.

However, on certain grounds such as impotence, non-consummation, fraud etc, you may file for annulment of marriage and for declaration of marraige as void.

you will have to move an application u/s 14 of Hindu Marriage Act along with your petition for divorce and the court may allow the application and waive the period of one year.
