Re: second marriage

in case you marry her, u would be committing bigamy and you would not only spoil your wife's life but at the same time yours and your friend's life as well. so better restrain yourself. the only way is to divorce your existing wife, convert your friend to islam and then marry her.

Hello.

Your marriage wont be legal and if you proceed for marriage then get ready to face criminal case against you and the hindu girl.

Re: second marriage

I don't know that under what law bigamy of Muslim is offence. However, Islam doesn’t permit bigamy except to in circumstances which Islamic Government declares for bigamy. Qura'an is interpreted wrongly for upto four marriages in presence of existing wives.

A Muslim is presumed to follow Qura'an and avoid his wishes in derogation of Qura'anic Injunctions.

Qura'an does not permit second marriage in presence of first wife.
