Legal Question in Family Law in India
Marriage with Non Judicial Divorce
I got married after my wife signed the stamp paper - mutual divorce agreement notarized by local lawyer. This is permited in our customs. But I'm hearing that this is not valid even if it is customary. I have just obtained divorce decree from the court. So what do I do now? Do I have to remarry my wife or I'm okay since I have both decree and notarized divorce agreement

No not at all. you dont need to remarry.
Re: Marriage with Non Judicial Divorce
Any divorce by any other mean as you did by mutual agreement has no value in the eye of law but since subsequently you had obtained divorce decree from court,so your marriage does not exist any more and the same is dissolved.you are not required to remarry your wife.
