If my marriage is not registered, so even in this case is it possible to have divorce by stamp paper agreement?

Stamp paper agreement divorce is not valid till it get stamp of the court but it can be a proof in court that you are living separately.

Stamp paper divorce deed as per the custom/tradition of the particular caste is valid only among such castes, but for that it should be proved that such custom/tradition is well established in that caste.Otherwise, the divorce decree should be obtained from the proper court.------Mahendra Bhavsar----www.mahendrabhavsar.com

Divorce through Court is only valid. Divorce through notary on Stamp Paper is not recognised by Law. Therefore has no Legal Sanctity.
