my marriage is not registered is it required to divorse by court

your question is not clear.

But, merely because marriage is not registered it is an irregularity and not a ground for divorce. If one wants divorce, it has to be on other grounds

yes, you need to get the divorce from court as there may be other proofs of marriage viz. photographs, invitation card, witnesses etc....
