My marriage were solemnize in dec. 2009 at delhi arya samaj mandir in simple manner.Im living alone with her in delhi.In april 2011 she left my home and stolen all her jewellery article cash stridhan etc which she find in home and living with her parents in delhi . After that she filed complaint against me and my brother & sister (who are living separately and married) in CAW cell in krishna nagar delhi simultaneously she filed two more case in Ghaziabad of 125 crpc and Divorce under cruelty.They are going to harrase me and demanding money to get divorce.
Is there is any way out to lodge an FIR against wife and my inlaws? all the law only for girls after marriage?

in case she has filed a dowry complaint in Krishna Nagar, East Delhi, how can she file a complaint in Ghaziabad if she is living in Delhi. you may get the same transferred to Delhi by filing a petition in the Supreme Court of India. if they try to extort money from you by illegal means, you may go for f.i.r.
I am sorry to hear read your pitiable position but nothing much can be done against your wife.You can only defend yourself by engaging a good lawyer and one advice ,dont be penny wise and pound foolish incase of engaging a lawyer.
My friend this is the irony of our judicial system. Now before to proceed it is necessary to know as to still do you want to live with her?
Secondly for your cases at Ghaziabad engage a good Lawyer for yourself and prosceed accordingly and try to prove your case.
