Legal Question in Family Law in India

My marriage has been done on 17th june 2007 and I am a widow. He is a divorced person and he got his divorce on 21st of July 2007. Now we are going to register our marriage. Now my question, Is my marriage valid as my marriage has been done before he got the divorce. Please suggest.

you may get the marriage registered on any date after 21st July 2007.
