thanking you for answering. can i to get 2nd marriage during under trail maintenance u/s 125 act by 1st wife? i am a muslim.

You may not be absolved from your responsibility to make payment of maintenance amount to your wife. The second marriage cannot be a ground to lessen your liability towards your wife in any manner.
