Legal Question in Family Law in India

I married to agarwal girl in 2008 but due to ill advise of my relatives I ousted my wife on one count or the other; 3 litigations are pending filed by my spouse.

Please advise can I get remarry in the circumstances? if so with what effect.

if it was the ill advice of your relatives, then better compromise with the girl and seek apologies for your wrong doings. save your family as you may not know, how the other girl would treat you.
