Legal Question in Family Law in India

I was married on April 25, 2010 and i lived with my wife only for 3 days and after 3 days my wife went back to her parental home and continued working. When i called to come they refused to send for 3 months. And she started accusing me of characterless, adultery & questioned potency. This behaviour hurt me very much and i did not talk to her for may days and the differences became wide. In the mean time, her relatives started threatening me and my relatives because we said we will not take her if she behaves like this. Instead of making her understand that she needs to live properly with husband and husband relatives they started abusing us only. They event started giving threats of police and arrest also and started threatening of kidnap and assault. After tolerating this for 6 months, I applied for divorce. When i applied for divorce, again her relatives started to threatened to beat me and also to put in the TV. I was unmoved. We never lived together for last one and half years. She filed for maintenance and RCR now and they have been referred to mediation. Yesterday, the judge himself took mediation and tried to reconcile. Wife is saying she will come back to me but I am not ready to take her back because i am extremely hurt and i never trust her anymore and after gap of 1.5 years, there is no hope left in me for good married life. So I told judge i dont want to take her back because after gap of one and half years there is no hope of resumption of good marriage. But the judge was telling give a try and rethink. But to be honest, I am not ready because my marriage is emotionally dead.

How to get succeed in getting divorce when she is saying that she wants to come back?
