Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got married in April 2011 & stayed with my in laws for over a month. But confusion , contradiction as well as confrontation started . Nothing could satisfy my mom-in-law. I came to my own home with my husband & it was determined earlier that I would be back after my C.A Exam in Nov.At first my husband agreed & showed concern, but on sept. on his mother's advice I was instructed to go back when only 20days were left for my exam..After finishing my exam I contacted my husband, he did not respond me.My question is till june I tried my best to restore the relation but in vain. As I am not sure to go for divorce, I have not lodged any complaints. Now I have no other alternative.Will it be difficult for me to file a divorce case without a diary?

From your question it appears that you still from heart dont want to go for divorce, and it is a good thing.

What I'll suggest that instead of going for a divorce, which you can opt at any time, first go for Sec. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, for better reasons.

you can issue notice thru a lawyer to your husband for mutual consent divorce.
