We were married in arya samaj mandir without any witness and no ceremony was performed. The very next day we cancelled the marriage by our written consent in front of notary. This Marriage was never registered.
Immediately we have parted our ways. Both of us are married to different persons.
I have a son from my marriage and I do not known where she is.
Whats is the status of my present marriage.

You are contradicting your statement by saying that you got married at arya samaj mandir and at the same breath no ceremonies were performed . So how come you were married ?
