Hi i got married in 2004, we got baby in 2005 and after just 1 month we separated. She went to her home and i tried a lot connivence her to come back but she never agreed. its 4 years now and i m thinking of giving her divorce. How much i have to pay her for the compensation? My baby is with her and she never allowed me to see her in last 4 years. Please help me. i earn 15000/month how much i have to pay her?

you need to identify the cause why she is refusing to come and join you. she is also not willing to divorce or has not filed a petition for divorce which shows that she wants to stay with you but there are certain problems due to which she is not able to join you. you also have a child. have a discussion with her and open all channels of communication and she might agree after you convince her of a better life.
You may start sending her Rs.Five Thousand per month without waiting for any court order. You may also write her that the money you are sending is to support her and the child. It may be better if you try to maintain contact with her and the child by sending letters and some small gifts as a good will gesture. Try saving your marriage in the interest of your family life, if you can.
